Susan Ellis

Realtor® and multimillion-dollar producer Susan Ellis was born and raised in Lake County, Florida, and belongs to a rare breed of native residents who have witnessed the county’s transformation and growth over the past 30 years.

Susan began her real estate career in the 1990s, initially working as a marketing and advertising manager for a local developer before obtaining her real estate license. Over the years, Susan maintained a constant pulse on the changing laws and fluctuating market, giving her clients the upper hand in transactions. As a result, Susan earned her well-respected reputation as a trusted partner to countless clients of all backgrounds in their quest for the American dream of homeownership.

Susan centers her service on educating and preparing clients with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the evolving world of real estate. Her marketing background inspires her outside-the-box thinking and her concise communication and transparency build confidence in everyone she serves. Drawing from her life living in the area, Susan enriches her client’s experience by sharing her knowledge of the local history, hidden gems, and scenic drives that make Lake and the surrounding counties unique.

Away from real estate, Susan can be found playing with her three basset hounds, Snickers, Reese, and Remi — also known as the basset brigade. They are the inspiration behind her fundraiser, Strut Your Mutt, a dog fashion show that benefits dog-related organizations and local animal shelters.
