Working with Susan was truly a pleasure! We are first time home buyers and so we had A LOT of questions and very little understanding of the home buying process. Susan was always available to answer our questions and move us in the right direction, without being pushy. Susan is insightful and resourceful, helping us put in an offer that got accepted even though it wasn't the highest offer the seller received. She always responded right away and was on top everything from start to finish, not to mention just a kind, fun person to work with. On a personal note, she honestly just encouraged us and reduced our stress throughout the process with a lot of reassurance and helping to put everything into context. I would really recommend Susan as a realtor who is professional, efficient, ambitious, knowledgeable, and kind!

Susan was a pleasure to work with as a realtor. She was incredibly patient and kind as it took quite a few showings and offers to find the perfect house! She is quick to respond with any questions and always has her client in mind. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is easy to work with and truly has your best interest in mind, I’d highly recommend her!

Susan Guda is the best!
She was thorough, professional and great to work with.
Most importantly though Susan really cares that you get what you want.
She worked with me on a list of requirements and nice to haves.
When we looked at places she clearly had my best interest in mind.
In the end Susan found a place for me which was better than I dreamed of and worked through the transaction in the most professional way I have seen or heard of.

Susan is an amazing woman. If you are looking to sell your house or buy one I guarantee you won’t find a better agent. Her caring, honesty, and hard work all go above and beyond! We sold our house with her in one day after putting it on the market. We had several offers to choose from, (Which was amazing), and we got more than our asking price! Susan is truly a breath of fresh air in the real estate market. Thank you Susan for all your positivity and all you do!
