As a decades-long resident of Sarasota and a former top-producing agent with Michael Sanders & Company since its inception, she has been intrinsically involved in the evolution of Sarasota and its many developments – most of which were conceived after she began her real estate career. Her patience, diligence, and warm personality all contribute to her growth and continued success, and she is proud to have formed many long-term relationships with clients who continue to rely on (and refer her) as an agent. She is joined by her husband, Jon, and their daughter, Meghan, on the Fox-Leiter Team at Compass, a family of like-minded and entrepreneurial-spirited individuals that work together to elevate the customer experience and bring light to the often-stressful real estate journey.

Originally from Walled Lake, Michigan, Susan has spent much of her life enjoying the beautiful weather and easygoing lifestyle on Florida’s Gulf Coast. With a passion for nature and art, she spends her free time gardening and painting in oils and cold wax. She also enjoys exploring the continually growing food and lifestyle scene in Sarasota and spending time with family and friends.
