Susan will get the job done, whatever the cost! Susan is amazing! She worked tirelessly on my behalf to get my condo short sale done. I could never repay her for all of the time and effort she put into the process, but I am happy to say that my condo is sold, and I feel like a tremendous weight has been lifted. Having been transferred from Everett, WA to Norfolk, VA by the US Navy; I found myself in a bit of a tricky situation. I couldn't afford to pay a mortgage payment for my condo and rent for an apartment. However, due to the fallout of the real estate market, I couldn't hope to sell my condo for what I had paid for it. I was upside down, in a hole, with no way that I could see to get myself out. Susan saved me. She really, really saved me. I don't know what I would have done if she hadn't been there for me. I can never thank her enough. The very least I can do is give my most heartfelt thanks, and sincere recommendation for her services. You won't find anyone, anywhere who will take care of you better than Susan Funk.
