Susan Gatlin, Charlie Sullivan and the whole Leading Edge - "Team Gatlin" were Awesome. They did an outstanding job in marketing the home at 1989 Ardmore Hwy, Ardmore, TN. They took care of staging the newly renovated home and held numerous open houses, which generated multiple contract offers. Susan did an excellent job helping us navigate through the contracts, inspections, appraisals and the whole process. Susan was always immediately available to answer questions and advise every step of the way. We very highly recommend Susan, Charlie and the whole "Team Gatlin", if you need to sell your property or looking to purchase.
