Amazing experience working with Sue. She made the home selling process seamless and provided consistent communication to keep me updated. She did a spectacular job staging the condo to provide unmatched visual appeal and held open houses several times a week. Over the past 60 years we have purchased and sold multiple homes due to corporate transfers as well as attempts at finding that perfect vacation and retirement dwelling. Sue is The best realtor for Buying AND Selling! I can confidently say that from experience!
She was absolutely amazing! This was my first time buying and selling a home, so I was pretty clueless about the whole process, but Sue did such a thorough job explaining everything going on, every step of the way!
Sue really knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry, which is what you want in this current market. I purchased the house 6 months ago and was one of several offers, but Sue worked her magic and it closed at asking price! We just put the house back on the market, and magical Sue helped us to close way over asking price!
She has, without a doubt, exceeded my expectations! I’d recommend Sue to everyone, and will definitely be keeping her posted when I’m ready to buy another property! :)

I absolutely love my house and it’s because of Sue Geurs! I had always “liked” my home, but I wanted to “love” my home. I had seen Sue’s design work on several projects and I knew she had the vision and creativity for remodeling the living space in my home. Sue was patient and listened to what I was looking for even if I wasn’t totally sure what it was. She exceeded any expectations I had and the results were spectacular. I could not be more pleased and I would recommend Sue to everyone.

There’s not enough positive words I can say about Sue. As a financial advisor I’ve been involved in hundreds of transactions with clients and realtors. I can safely say I have never experienced such world class service as I did working with Sue on my own home purchase. I’m not sure if she sleeps or how she does it but she just constantly goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly responsive, diligent and efficient. She knows Scottsdale like the back of her hand and her advice and counsel was invaluable. She also provided fantastic referrals for our loan and insurance. All of this she quarterbacked while we were living out of state and also on vacation in Spain. We genuinely don’t think we would have got the house without her and are so incredibly grateful.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sue. My husband and I were struggling to sell our condo and it had been on the market longer than we had hoped. Sue went through our place room by room and made recommendations. Her suggestions were overall minor changes, that would make a big difference to a potential buyer. Her recommendations were things we would have never thought of on our own. We relisted our place after the updates, and we had an offer within 4 days. Sue has a great eye and knows style and décor. The proof of her expertise is in the sale of our condo!

In today's real estate market, it is important to hire a realtor who professionally "wears many hats". Someone who knows your market, what is selling and why; knows how to negotiate. Someone who knows how to use all aspects of social media and sends you regular reports on how your property is doing. Someone who won't drive you crazy because he/she isn't paying attention to details and giving you correct, complete information. Sue does all of these well and more. Sue is a professional who knows how to present properties in their best light. She stays focused on your property.

An added bonus with Sue Geurs is that she is an exceptional designer / staging expert. We have all seen places offered for sale that were cluttered / disorganized./ poorly staged properties. The all-important first impression wasn't good. Sue has an expert "eye" on how to make a property look its best...whether you are buying or selling.

We hired Sue Geurs twice now in the last couple of years to help sell our AZ and IL properties. Sue was our realtor for our Fountain Hills 2018 Condo sale. She advised us on updates we should make to enhance the condo's value and staged the property to its best advantage. The property sold in 18 days. 2020, we hired Sue to help us stage our IL property. We "showed" her our country horse property using digital pics and followed up with a Zoom meeting (we walked through our house showing her each room). Within in a couple of days, Sue gave us a list of suggested changes. The transformation of the house truly enhanced its look and value. After listing the property, we had an offer in 15 days. We highly recommend Sue Geurs!

Working with Sue Geurs on my real estate sale went very well. At the beginning she took charge of coordinating all aspects of getting my home ready to sell and she educated me in the entire process and what to expect. She designed a plan and gave me all the key points we needed to address to make my home enticing to a perspective buyer. She was instrumental in helping me get contractor bids for me to consider. Sue is a rarity in the realtor world. She is our go to realtor for buying flip homes as well as selling our own home. Sue will stage her own listings to perfection as well as assist other realtors as needed as a consultant for staging which speaks to how highly her staging skills are valued. When Sue tours homes with us to flip, she immediately knows what to keep or what to demo in the master plan of artfully updating the entire home. Sue is a master negotiator and keeps us informed at all times. Sue really knows the markets and is adept at valuation. She has a wealth of resources at her disposal from tradespeople to appraisers, photographers, and other professionals. She knows how to position the listing for maximum exposure and a quicker sale.
