Prior to pursuing her dream of helping others to buy and sell homes, Sue had a distinguished career as the manager of college career centers and as a licensed clinical counselor. In both roles, she helped people identify their hopes and dreams and outline a path toward achieving them – skills she brings to her real estate work.
Susan has a keen eye for detail, overseeing her clients’ contractual obligations to ensure that all deadlines and terms are met. A skilled negotiator, she is a strong advocate for her clients’ interests. As a counselor, she understands the emotional strains of buying and selling real estate and helps clients maintain calm during the most stressful negotiations. Susan thrives on the challenges of guiding clients through the Washington, DC area’s active and competitive real estate market.
When she’s not immersed in real estate, Susan enjoys cooking, listening to audiobooks and hiking the Rock Creek trails with her energetic Australian Shepherd and Border Collie. But her favorite activity is taking care of her grandchildren, Aubrey and Charlie.
