Susan Gradwohl

Susan is a life long resident of the Main Line and is familiar with the benefits and characteristics of each community. She is equally comfortable in the neighborhoods of Philadelphia, where she lived for 11 years.

Susan began her real estate career in 1999. Prior to that she worked in banking and consulting to the financial industry after earning an MBA in marketing. During those years she taught bankers how to sell, how to position new products and negotiation techniques. She brings those strong skills to her Real Estate practice.

Susan’s clients appreciate her patience, attention to detail, knowledge of the real estate market, ability to explain every aspect of the real estate transaction and her sharp negotiation skills.
