I am a 3rd generation native of Dallas and 2nd generation graduate of SMU. I am a resident of University Park and I specialize in Residential and Commercial real estate sales and leasing in upscale and developing areas surrounding downtown Dallas such as Highland Park, University Park, M-Streets, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Knox District, Uptown, Turtle Creek, Oak Lawn, Downtown, Design District, Cedars, Trinity Groves, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, North Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, South Lake, West Lake, Rockwall.

After my family sold our car dealership. I decided to get my real estate license to invest in rental properties. I purchased several investment properties and then transitioned into assisting clients with their home purchase and
investment property purchases. I acquired my Brokers license in 2004. I am a Buyer advocate, listing expert and enjoy working with first time buyers as well as with multi-million-dollar developers.

I assist developers from the ground up with land acquisition, site planning, architect and design selection, floor plans, and of course marketing and sales. There is something very gratifying about seeing a project through from beginning to end. I have successfully assembled numerous acres of off market land and properties for investors in the top upscale emerging markets such as the Knox District, Design District, Trinity Groves, Bishop Arts, and the Cedars. In some cases the assemblages take years but there is a significant upside in property value and appreciation for my clients that makes it worth all the effort.

The triumphant completion of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge designed by Santiago Calatrava and the new Sylvan Bridge has propelled Dallas into new era hat will set it apart from other cities. These bridges are creating tremendous activity of new development that is transforming areas into exciting mixed use develop surrounding of downtown. The Trinity River Park renovation is in process and once it is complete, Dallas will be the top destination city in the nation.

I am equally passionate about single family sales as I am about commercial. I do extensive research to find the best comparable sales so I can successfully sell the home at the highest market value. It requires more work for me, but
your home is one of the most important investments and you only have one opportunity to sell your home for the highest price, so it is worth all the effort for my clients and my own sense of accomplishment.

I make sure the homes are picture perfect and presented in the best manner to maximize a successful sale. I advise Sellers on staging their homes or doing minor updates if needed. I hire the top photographers for the highest quality photos and virtual tours. I have created my own large database of all the residential and commercial agents in Texas as well as prospects over numerous years that I am constantly updating. I dedicate a large budget & time towards Eblasts, and all social media online outlets, open house advertising. I am very focused, and goal orientated and my
commitment to my clients has no limits.
