Susan Gross

Originally from the Philadelphia area Sue and her husband fell in love with Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley on a ski vacation and dreamed of someday making a move. After purchasing land and building a second home here, they decided to make the leap and left the East Coast for the beauty and active lifestyle of the Rockies.

Sue graduated from Penn State in 1993 with a degree in History and soon after moved into the Hotel Industry, working for the Interstate Hotels Corporation. Her sales and management experience there lead her into the soft drink industry, where she worked as Key Account Manager for the Pepsi Bottling Group. During this time, she worked to negotiate and carry out long term beverage partnerships with some of the Delaware Valley’s largest beverage outlets.

While raising two children in Crested Butte, Sue also helped her husband to launch a successful building career in the valley. Sue is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys teaching classes at the Crested Butte Community Yoga Co-op and the Crested Butte Country Club.
