About Susan

Susan has been licensed in TN since 1998, and KY since 1999. Prior to being a licensed REALTOR, she came from a building family. Starting young to help in the family construction company to oversee new homes built in the Clarksville & Oak Grove areas while attending APSU. Brought from building houses into listing & selling them when her family opened a real estate business, she has had lots of experience in all aspects of real estate. She after several years as a Principal Broker, overseeing the day-to-day operations of another company, she decided to open her own brokerage in the heart of downtown Clarksville. Susan has been married for over 25 years to her husband Jason who works for the City of Clarksville. They have two children. A teenage daughter who has been a TN state representative for the Miss Amazing & Miss Wheelchair pageant system. Going to Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta & Chattanooga to compete nationally. And a son who gives the whole house a laugh just being a busy little boy with mischievous antics who started kindergarten at Clarksville Christian School in 2022! You cannot leave out their two large German shepherds who are just as much a part of the family! The Hills have also been a member of one the largest churches here in Clarksville at First Baptist for many years.
