About Susan

I have been a full-time Broker with RE/MAX for over 16 years and have lived in this beautiful Rogue Valley for over 42 years. I recently was awarded with the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation and inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Over the years, I have been involved in this community including on the board of Habitat for Humanity, the SMART reading program, the Medford Food Project as neighborhood coordinator and presently as Secretary of the RE/MAX Integrity Foundation in Jackson County.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Business and a Marketing background that gives me the unique ability of promoting my listings. My knowledge of the area has become a valuable asset for both my buyers and sellers. I love living in southern Oregon and I love helping others who want to live here as well.

07/07/2016 - jennychynoweth Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Trail, OR. Susan Howard helped make our dream come true of buying our first home! We met her as the seller's agent of a home we wanted to look at and ended up being thrilled to ask her to be our real estate agent as well. She made the sale happen being the utmost professional to all parties involved. She was fast, thorough, always in communication, and went above and beyond to help us all get through the inspections, offer / sales process, and the handing off. She is knowledgeable, gracious, efficient, dedicated and helped make the entire process doable, working with us still living in California. She helped explain every part of the process and was always kind in steering us in the right direction. She was a godsend and we will for sure be asking her to help us with all of our real estate needs in the future. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for quality service and care in the real estate world.
