Susie worked with us to find our new home. During the process we determined exactly what we wanted and she took over showing us only homes that fit our needs. We ended up with the perfect home for us.
We also asked for Susie’s help in selling our former home. That was quite the process but she guided us through it all to the end.
She was a huge help in relieving our stress through all of this and has become a good friend.

Wow, just wow! We can’t even begin to describe how fortunate we are to have had Susie help us purchase a multifamily property in this market! With so many cash rich investors in the game, it’s near impossible to get a foot in the door unless you have great timing and a realtor on their game! Susie helped my elderly parents sell their home that they had lived in for 40 years. She was kind, patient, understanding and professional through the entire process.

She kept my sister and I informed every step of the way. She communicates well and was very easy to reach when we had questions.

Our parents accepted an excellent offer three days after it was listed and closed yesterday!
