Susan Katanic

Since moving with her family from Chicago to Sarasota in 1995, Susan has developed a true passion for Sarasota's treasures: white sand beaches, the vibrant downtown, stellar restaurants, eclectic neighborhoods, and global flair. She has dedicated herself to working tirelessly to help her customers as they navigate the real estate options in the best place to live - Sarasota.

Susan has built her real estate career from the ground up. She was fortunate enough to be mentored by an icon in the real estate industry, Linda Roe Dickinson. During her career with Linda, they succeeded in attaining “Top Producer” status nine years in a row. This knowledge is priceless, and she brings her practiced skillset to every new customer experience. Susan also spent twenty years in banking, which instilled in her very strong customer service skills – what she believes to be the hallmark of doing good business in real estate. In addition, her background in finance is instrumental in her ability to navigate the buying and selling process, working on behalf of her customers to ensure an easy-going transaction from start to finish.

Originally from former Yugoslavia, Susan speaks fluent Serbian. She has two grown sons and now dedicates herself to her real estate customers, ensuring they are 110% satisfied through exceptional service, her knowledge of the market, and very high ethical standards.
