Susan saw the beauty and potential immediately and understood how to market it. Being a remote property and us being out of state, Susan went above and beyond to accommodate us. Susan served as our buyer's agent for two home purchases in Nevada City. One of these purchases was while we were living in New York. We were not familiar with the town or area before buying a house. Susan was great about understanding our needs, and suggesting houses and neighborhoods that were good for us, and steering us away from those that were not a good fit. She sent us extra pictures and videos to make sure we had a good sense of the layout of a house and the property. We're very happy with the house we ended up purchasing, and with Susan's assistance in the process.

She helped us determine the right listing price and we accepted a great offer within a week of listing and with her help were able to achieve an accelerated close for the buyers. Susan was our realtor in our latest home purchase and I was really happy with her. She was practically always available when we had questions, and gave us virtually instant updates on everything happening all the way from submitting our offer to close of escrow and beyond. Even the Thanksgiving holidays didn't slow her down. We're not new to home buying but we're new to the mountains and she gave us a real education in things like septic systems, living with propane tanks, wild animals and even teaching us about the kinds of trees on our property. Susan Kelly was super helpful when it came time for us to list our mothers house in Foresthill! She waisted no time getting the house listed, and had wonderful pictures taken right away so the the house could be viewed on line. They did a great job with the photography. The house got multiple offers within days of being listed! She helped us do almost everything via email or internet so we didn’t have to keep driving to Foresthill for signatures, which was very helpful, since mom is now living with us in another county! I highly recommend Susan Kelly as your realtor!
