Susan Krom

Susan was born and raised in the Bronx and Yonkers before moving to Upstate New York in the 1990s, where she met her husband and raised three sons. Her career began in the service industry, where she discovered a love for customer service while waitressing starting in 1993. Driven by a desire to grow professionally, she returned to college to earn a degree in accounting, which helped her achieve her goal of working full-time.

Susan’s journey into real estate began when she joined Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty as an administrative assistant in the Windham, NY office. Her passion for the business quickly grew, leading her to earn her real estate license and transition into a full-time agent role.

Now, Susan is excited to build her career and clientele with Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty.
