Susan Lacy

As a native North Carolinian, and a resident of New Hanover County since 1975, she has seen tremendous changes in the area. After graduating with a BA in History from UNC-Wilmington in 1984, she decided to call Wilmington her forever home.

She find it very satisfying and rewarding to be able to personally assist her clients with finding their specific needs to make Wilmington home. She strives to give exceptional customer service while utilizing her local knowledge for each client’s needs. She does pride herself in ensuring that her clients have the answers to all their questions, concerns and needs in their home purchase. Whether it is an out-of-town relocation or clients up-sizing or downsizing, she is here with them every step of the way.
