Susan Larvick

Susan has been living in the Waterville/Elysian MN area since 1994. She finds it to be a great place to raise a family and enjoy a quiet life. Susan appreciates all the benefits of small-town living, such as the beautiful Southern Minnesota lakes and the local parks. Additionally, she enjoys the fun and excitement of the Minneapolis metro, which is only one hour away. This combination of small-town charm and proximity to a larger city makes it an ideal spot for Susan, a small-town girl from North Dakota. Susan grew up in Williston, ND, and graduated from college at the University of North Dakota, where she studied education.

She spent several years working in various roles in the local schools before deciding to embark on an exciting new adventure in 2010 – obtaining her real estate license. Since then, Susan has gained extensive knowledge and met numerous wonderful people in the real estate industry. Her dedication and passion for the field led her to acquire her broker's license, further expanding her expertise. Susan looks forward to continuing her career in real estate, meeting new individuals, and assisting them with all their real estate needs.
