Susan Lelansky

Susan has been serving sellers, buyers, and investors in Maine since 2000. Born in the quaint coastal town of Castine, a place she holds dear to her heart, Susan grew up in Portland and currently shares her time between South Portland and Sebago Lake. She enjoys exploring small towns, hiking in the mountains, boating in Sebago Lake, and relaxing at one of the many beaches Maine offers.

Her business has evolved over the years to include property management, staging and vacation rentals. Susan prides herself on delivering the best product to the market and maximizing her client’s investment, hence her passion for home staging. Susan has earned the designation, “Accredited Staging Professional” and owns a staging business, “Staging Maine”.

Another designation Susan holds with high regard is “Senior Real Estate Specialist”. Susan has extensive experience working with seniors and feels it’s an honor to help folks with life changing transitions.

Outside of work Susan enjoys time with her family and German Shepherd Max, working on her fixer upper, relaxing “upta camp” as Mainer’s call it, boating and preparing her vacation rental for guests.
