For 8 years I worked in Manufacturing starting with Cost Accounting and working up to Continuous Improvement Manager and Project Manager of Engineering Projects. Through this I have learned that with hard work and ethics people will put trust in you to execute your role. But through these experiences I missed the part of helping others.
