Susan Lusardi

Susan Lusardi is an Associate Broker who has for over 35+ years played a key role in helping buyers find that “special home,” and sellers obtain the best price possible for their prized property. Her proven expertise in navigating a transaction, intimate knowledge of the market and flair for matching the right home with her customers’ needs have earned Susan a fine reputation and accomplished track record of results. Susan’s commitment to her clientele is total, and she continually goes out of her way to help them in all aspects of the real estate process, from preparation of board packages to interview skills and other personalized services. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Susan came to the U.S. at age 10 then later attended Fashion Institute of Technology where she studied Textile Design. After starting out as a textile designer, in 1974 she was persuaded to work in her family’s Successful Manhattan Real Estate Company that was instrumental in the conversions of rental buildings to co-ops or condominiums and has not turned back since. Able to communicate in several languages including English, Spanish and French, she relates well to customers of various backgrounds and sets their minds at ease with her easy-going demeanor and diplomatic, realistic approach. Susan is a proud member of the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award ,President's Circle Winner ,Real Estate Board ,Leading Edge Society and the Honor Society.
