Susan Martins-Phipps

Susan has been an R.I. Licensed Agent since 1978, a RI Certified, Residential Appraiser since 1993, a RI Certified Environmental Lead Technician since 2004, and a Massachusetts Licensed agent since 2009. She has a B.A. from Providence College, an MEd from Rhode Island College, and a graduate work in Holistic Counseling from Salve Regina University.

Susan has taught real estate classes on the state and national levels. Her primary focus has been residential sales and appraisals and is consistently on the top 5 Sales teams in the Kent Washington Board of Realty.

Currently, she is Chairman of the National Association of Realtors Resorts and Second Home Forum. She served on the NAR Appraisal Committee, the Kent/Washington Grievance Committee, and the 2011 Professional Development Committee.
