Working with this team was a seamless experience from start to finish. I really appreciated how they adjusted to my communication style—primarily texting—and were always incredibly responsive with updates and answers. The entire process was smooth with absolutely no hiccups.
Since I was not near the property I was selling, the tech they used was a huge help. Using apps for showings and inspections made everything transparent, and signing documents through DotLoop was incredibly convenient. Even though they gave me the option to sign the closing papers online, I still chose to go in and sign in person, but I really liked having that flexibility. Everyone on the team was great to deal with. Highly recommend!
