As a third generation realtor, Susan’s knowledge and appreciation for home, land, commercial & investment properties are natural. She was raised hearing about appraisals, appreciation, depreciation, and the art of negotiation. So, it is a natural progression for her to have launched a successful real estate business in 2000. It just felt right, and success quickly followed.

Susan stays relevant and informed on legislative issues, trends in design & lifestyle, urban & suburban development, and market trends. Negotiating is Susan’s special strength, and she guarantees her honesty will be refreshing.

Susan moved to the suburban Philadelphia area 30 years ago because she fell in love with the architecture and little villages that surround the city. Her area of expertise is the greater Philadelphia area including Wayne, Devon, Paoli, Radnor, Bryn Mawr, Ardmore, Malvern & St. Davids. Susan is a certified relocation specialist and enjoys working with first time buyers, transitioning families, and downsizing clients.
