My wife and I, first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about the entire process, were very nervous when we decided to start looking for houses. Then a friend, who had worked with Susan Meador when she bought her house, recommended her to us. That was probably the single most lucky thing for us! Right from our first meeting, Susan put us at ease, she was very patient and helpful in answering all our questions. She was very attentive about exactly what we were looking for in our house, and made sure that the houses she recommended us for showing, fit most of those criteria. We would call her any day of the week whenever we saw a house that we liked on the market; and she would instantly set up an appointment for us for viewing it. Even after we finally picked the house that we decided to buy, Susan continued with her helpful suggestions to guide us through the rest of the process. She made us aware about things we needed to do, things we needed to avoid; the smallest details. She was also great with our boys; who loved her! I know who we are going to be working with, when we decide to buy, or sell property next! Both I and my wife have had the best possible experience working with Susan. We have loved her professionalism, her attentiveness to details, her patience and willingness to explain anything that wasn't clear to us. Thank you, Susan!

Susan was fantastic to work with. She was extremely personable and easy to work with. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were a bit nervous going into the process. Susan was there every step of the way and helped keep things moving smoothly the entire time. Both professionally and personally, Susan was wonderful to be around and work with. I would recommend working with her to anyone that asks!
