Susan Moss

Susan’s career in real estate sales began in 1998 and continues to grow and thrive today. North of the Atlanta area, her areas of expertise include Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Cumming, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Hoschton, Flowery Branch, Buford, Dacula, Sugar Hill and all of Lake Lanier. She is also a team leader with Real Estate Ladies and a top producing agent in her area.

Recognizing there is not a “one-size fits all” solution to buying or selling a home, Susan is committed to making sure each client receives personal attention. She approaches each endeavor with a listening ear and ability to discern the client’s goal regardless if it’s a first time home buyer or a seller desiring to relocate. Susan will be there every step of the way! In representing a seller, her approach to listing a property begins with observing a home from a buyer’s perspective and what can be done to increase the appeal and boost home value. Typically small jobs such as fresh paint, cluttering to create more space and embellishing curb appeal generally gives the greatest return for each “home improvement” dollar spent. In representing a buyer, her broad knowledge of local communities, school options, points of interest and property values helps buyers make a well-informed decision.

Susan was born in Atlanta Georgia and now lives in Gainesville. She enjoys being a Mom and Grandmother and, when not selling real estate, enjoys volunteering in the community and spending time outdoors walking, hiking and bike riding.
