Susan Nomeland

Growing up in a large family on a farm in South Dakota, Sue learned at a young age the value of hard work and honesty. She’s kept those virtues throughout her adult life and put them to practice daily in her real estate business.

She’s been a full-time, licensed Realtor with Edina Realty for 17+ years. Prior to that she was a paralegal for several years in real estate law, which pairs well with her current career. She’s been married for 36 years and is a Mom to 2 great sons. Her husband and she have rehab-ed several homes over the years, with the help of their boys. They also own investment real estate. She loves to share her knowledge in those areas with others that are interested in doing the same.

In her spare time, she loves a good happy hour with friends, or just relaxing outdoor and catching up with family. When time allows she also loves a weekend trip to land she owns in Northern Minnesota for some true “quiet time”.
