Susan Orth

With more than 30 years of professional experience and outstanding credentials and education in real estate, Susan Orth delivers the comfort and ease only experience can deliver.

The real estate industry has seen significant changes in the past many years and it is of paramount importance to Susan that she be on the leading edge of these changes. To stay on top of these changes, Susan has served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors and has been an active member of the MLS, Technology, Education and the Realtors Association of New Mexicos' Forms Committee. Susan has been Chairperson of three of those committees.

Among her other credentials, Susan has achieved the highest designation awarded to sales associates in real estate: the Certified Residential Specialist. Only five percent of all REALTORS® have earned this prestigious credential. The Council of Residential Specialists grants this designation on the basis of advanced education, written exams and extensive experience in Residential Real Estate.

By earning this designation and being an active member of the Council, Susan has access to the latest information in the real estate field, as well as a national networking system to aid in relocating clients, which is one of her specialities.

Susan is also a member of the Allen F. Hainge Cyberstars Organization, which is an elite network of about 150 top technology real estate professionals from the U.S., Canada and Australia. It is another way Susan helps clients take full advantage of their market through technology.
