Susan has been long time friend through tennis. I have been looking for either town house or condo for several years. She has been very patient with me through years of my searching the right place for me.
As she worked with me, I appreciate her knowledge, and she is very informative and communicates every step during the process and what to expect all the way though closing. I decided not to buy a few properties after the inspections and I was very disappointed but she was very supportive and kept me searching for the right place! Kudo to Susan for being a professional agent and friend at the same time! Anybody who will have her as her real estate agent will be very satisfied with her work ethic and friendly manner. I will recommend Susan if you want to sell or buy the house!!

Susan priced our home well to sell! And it did...quickly! She tirelessly showed us homes to purchase in lots of different areas. When we found "the one" she worked very hard to accomplish the sale. We highly recommend her. PLUS, she has a great personality and is FUN to be with!

Susan was great to work with. Before placing our house on the market she was very helpful letting us know what we should do to present our house in the best light possible for the price we were looking for. She also was extremely detail oriented in all aspects of the paperwork needed to assure a smooth closing.

All in all it was a pretty painless process as long as I followed her lead.
