Susan's Real Estate career started in the mortgage lending business first with the direct lender, United Savings Bank of San Francisco. In experiencing how limited their loan programs are, she joined a M-West Mortgage. A Marin based brokerage firm designed to assist those borrowers who "didn't always fit" the standard profile. Within four years, opportunity came knocking and she opened the door to selling homes vs. lending on them.
