Susan Pyatt has been a Real Estate Professional for over 14 years and is very blessed to have a career that she absolutely loves! Premier customer service is Susan’s goal whether you are listing your house to sell, buying a first home or the farm of your dreams! She will make your real estate transaction as smooth and stress free as possible. She is a certified Military Relocation Specialist (MRP) and enjoys working with our military who often have unique circumstances for home buying such as needing to find a new home in a noticeably short time frame. She has had the pleasure of working with military clients for the last 7 years and has met many wonderful families! Susan is a member of the Virginia Realtors Association, and Hampton Roads Realtor Association (HRRA). Susan has been in the Hampton Roads Realtors Circle of Excellence every year since 2012 and last year achieved Platinum status as well as being Sales Agent of the Year for her office. Being an excellent negotiator for her clients is especially important to Susan! She has experience with short sales, foreclosures, and working with investors for "flip" houses. She has specialized in country properties from the beginning of her career and is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of purchasing country properties such as well and septic systems. Susan is a lifelong resident of this area and graduated from Cox High School and then Old Dominion University with a degree in Psychology. For the past 17 years, Susan has been a resident of Hickory in Chesapeake where she has a small horse farm.
