BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Had bought a rental home through Susan Ramsey and didn't hesitate to make arrangements for her to handle our sale, since we had such a positive experience previously. It was Susan, (not our rental agency) who contacted us and gently told us the house was completely trashed. It was Susan who called humane society to pick up the dog that been abandoned, and changed the locks on the doors that were left wide open. The rental company was woefully inadequate with their management. We were overwhelmed and in shock. Susan and her team went above and beyond to get this house ready for resale. She had a contractor who did all of the repairs in a timely manner. Susan promised his estimates would come in less than anyone else we contacted. We got several estimates and found she was right. The repairs were done quickly and done to a high standard. The whole Ramsey team took over and guided us through this unpleasant experience. She kept in touch with us every couple of days just to make sure everything was going well. We have NEVER had such extraordinary service from a realtor. Prior to listing, our home was professionally staged, photographed, and readied for viewing. After listing we had several 'scheduled' viewings within the next several days with qualified buyers.
