Susan Reese-Hartzell is the manager of the Commercial, Property Management and Condominium Management Divisions. She owned and operated T & R Real Estate from 1981 until her company was purchased by Ron Croushore on June 1, 2014 to become part of the Berkshire Hathaway in Pittsburgh. As of September 2018 Tom Hosack purchased the Berkshire Hathaway Franchise in PIttsburgh and Susan became part of the #1 Real Estate Company in Pittsburgh and the 10th largest Berkshire Hathaway real estate company in the nation. Susan is proud to be a part of the commercial division management team for the company. She teaches and mentors the practice of commercial real estate to agents. Susan can assit commercial sellers and buyers with all types of commercial properties. Her 40 years of real estate experience give her the knowledge needed to be an advicate for all your real estate needs.
