With a real estate career that began in 1999, Susan brings over two decades of experience, local insight, and a deep passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Real estate has always been in Susan’s DNA, she grew up at the shore in New Jersey, working summers and weekends in her parents’ five real estate offices as a receptionist. After earning her degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University in 1995, Susan began her professional journey in finance, working for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York City and later as a sales assistant to six stockbrokers at A.G. Edwards & Sons in West Palm Beach.
Her early career experiences taught her organization, precision, and the value of exceptional client service, skills that naturally carried over into her successful real estate career.
In 1998, Susan earned her real estate license and began working alongside her mother, a longtime broker. She officially became an agent in 1999, when her family opened Tauriello & Company Real Estate, where her mother served as her top mentor. Susan remained with the firm until its acquisition by Douglas Elliman in 2017. In 2022, she teamed up with her husband, Erik to create The Ring Team, and in 2025, they made the move from Douglas Elliman to Corcoran to continue growing their business.
Based in Delray Beach for more than two decades, Susan specializes in selling luxury properties in East Delray, Downtown Delray, Delray Dunes Golf & Country Club, Boynton Beach, Ocean Ridge, and occasionally Highland Beach, Boca Raton, and Lake Worth. Known for her thoughtful approach and eye for presentation, she excels at helping sellers prepare their homes for market and connecting them with the right resources to ensure a smooth sale.
A member of the Delray Dunes Golf & Country Club, Impact 100 PBC, and DBHS, Susan is deeply rooted in her community. She’s proud to have been recognized among the 2024 REAL Trends Tom Ferry Verified Top Agents and Teams and 2023 REAL Trends Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals.
When she’s not working with clients, Susan enjoys golf, skiing, exercising, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, friends, and their family dog.
