Susan carries a NC & SC real estate license, she has excelled in Seller and Buyer Representation, striving to provide the highest level of service to her clients. Susan is a Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist and holds a Strategic Pricing Specialist designation , Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designee. Susan is a firm believer in giving back to the community and is particularly passionate about animal rescue. She has volunteered at local animal shelters, and the Exceptional Equestrians at Anne Springs Close Greenway. She has two rescue dogs Gracie & Kara.
