Susan Romano

Growing up, Susan's family gatherings always included talks about knocking walls down, changing this room to that room, rearranging a kitchen to make it more efficient, and on and on. She was inspired by her architect/builder Grandfather and her family full of construction-minded members, she has always felt directed to the arena of real estate in various capacities. Since her kids were young and the days of "do-it-yourself" TV were just taking off, she's been inclined to kick start her career. So, in the later part of 2012 she reached out to an acquaintance who'd been a realtor for over 20 years and picked her brain about the industry. With her influence and encouragement, Susan jumped in with 2 feet and became a licensed realtor in early 2013. Within my first 2 years she had closed over 50 transactions clearing over $12,000,000 in sales. Record breaking? Not by any means. But, it was a great start to a promising career. She truly enjoys helping both sellers and buyers and it means the world to me if my clients are highly satisfied with my work ethic and professionalism. Buying and selling a home is stressful and her my goal to ease the pressure and stress and keep things in perspective. She aims to make the process flow smoothly through active communication, attention to her client’s needs and a thorough understanding of today’s market.
