Susan Ross

Susan entered the field with great enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, a non-stop learning attitude, and her friendly and easy-going personality. She was born and raised in China, and she worked in various fields, gaining wide knowledge. Susan served as an interpreter in technology fields, such as civil engineering and construction. She also worked at Bellevue College for 10 years and freelanced in marketing design. Susan's dedication to continuous learning led her to take numerous classes and programs to improve her knowledge in areas including finance, investment, marketing, design, and analysis.

She firmly believes that a good broker should be a well-rounded individual, possessing industry knowledge, a professional work ethic, and a passion for what they do. Susan understands that buying and selling houses is more than just a legal process of property transfer. She recognizes that every case is unique, drawing from insights gained not only from her clients but also from her own experiences.
