About Susan

Susan Schleider is a hometown lady whose roots run deep in the Brazos Valley. Born and raised in Bryan/College Station, her love for this great community lead her to attend Texas A&M University. Susan earned her Bachelor of Science degree and graduated summa cum laude. Her other early achievements include being an original member of the Diamond Darlings and being hired by Texas A&M as the first female Assistant Intramural Director. Susan left her post at the university to pursue her family interests. She and her husband, Rob, have two children. While raising her family Susan was very active in her church, bible study, numerous community events and devoted much time to the schools her children attended. Susan is proud to be the mother of two Aggie graduates!

Susan launched her real estate career after raising her family. Her passion for real estate, her integrity and her knowledge of the B/CS community paired with her work-ethic, client-first philosophy and dedication propelled Susan's successful business. Susan is extremely knowledgeable of the B/CS elementary and secondary education opportunities, public and private. She is also well versed in the recreational and social events that make up the unique fabric of our community.
