Susan Seath is a dynamic, top-producing real estate agent and a proud partner with the KMS Team at COMPASS, the No. 1 team in Fairfield County. She is a compassionate listener who thrives on carefully guiding clients through the entire process, from the first meeting to the closing table and beyond. Believing that real estate is about people, not just homes, she brings both heart and mind to every transaction.
A successful real estate professional for more than 16 years and a Fairfield County resident for decades, Susan delivers a wealth of experience and insight. For buyers, she's always one step ahead of the market, routinely having intel on homes before they hit the market. Sellers can count on her ability to sell their homes quickly and for top dollar backed by her excellent eye for staging and the collaborative skills of her KMS teammates. Susan seeks to minimize stress and maximize value for her clients at every turn.
Prior to real estate, Susan worked as a global equities portfolio manager and a sales account executive. That experience developed her ability to handle even the most challenging transactions with a straightforward yet approachable style. With her unwavering dedication, strong negotiating skills and business savvy, it's no surprise Susan has cultivated a long list of loyal, repeat and referral real estate clients.
Susan feels strongly about giving back to the community. She has volunteered and served on various town boards with leadership positions, including United Way, Elder House of Norwalk, Weston Young Women’s League and Norfield Congregational Church. She is currently involved with Save the Children, Operation Hope and the Weston High School Scholarship Committee. After having lived in Westport and raising her family in Weston, she now resides in Fairfield. When not working with clients or volunteering, she enjoys walking to town or the beach, entertaining, playing bridge, riding the Peloton and visiting her daughters in New York City.
