I can’t say Thank you enough to Sue for all she did to help us sell our home. She gave us so many extra services like meeting the painters, the gardener, the stagers. She even brought over chairs and tables to fill in open spaces. She took care of everything, so we couldconcentrate on family and work. She is simply wonderful!

Sue spent nearly a year (!) helping me search for a home in 2009. I still live there and we are still friends. She is genuinely interested is helping you one on one to find the right home. This is her definition of success and why she is is a private agent and not a cog in a corporate real estate firm. Highly recommend.

Sue is a consummate professional, who is also honest and authentic. In my extensive experience working with Realtors, that is highly unusual. Sue will only steer clients in a direction that helps them and serves their needs, even if it does not benefit her. She is intelligent, informed, and market savvy, having lived most of her life in San Diego. No one I've met knew the market and the greater San Diego area better than Sue. She also happens to be a pleasure to work with! I can't recommend her enough!

Sue is the type of realtor you dream of. She works for you to find the home that you want. She takes the time to get to know your personality and your lifestyle so that she can tell you the pros and cons of each property. She will not push you into anything and will help you be patient when nothing on the market seems to be meeting your expectations. But she will tell you when acting quickly is important. Sue has extensive knowledge of San Diego neighborhoods, having lived in many herself, and of pre-covid traffic conditions for those of us who moved here recently. She also has a good eye for potential repair needs and can ballpark renovation estimates. And when you find "the one," Sue will do everything in her power to get you into that home.

Sue helped us find and purchase our dream home and was a fantastic partner through the whole process. We were new to the San Diego area and helped us find the area that was right for us, being realistic about trade offs between different neighborhoods and housing features.

When we found the right place she was amazing through the bidding and closing process -- we were outbid, but the sellers still chose our offer, citing other aspects of the package that Sue had put together. It was an incredible win induced by exemplary preparation by Sue.

And she's fun! We couldn't recommend Sue enough.
