Susan Spivak

Susan started her Real Estate career in 1996 at the Houlihan Lawrence Brokerage office in Larchmont, NY, an affluent Westchester community and made it her business to become a full service agent learning all the creative nuances of the business. With her warm personality, sphere of influence and former business background she was able to build a loyal clientele base and became a Top Producer within two years. When it was time to move back to her country roots, she settled in the Rhinebeck area where she created a LIVE WORK PLAY relationship at her new home at the River Ridge at Hyde Park where she sells pre-construction townhomes.
