I can't say enough good things about Susan! She is an amazing realtor who is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and understanding. She gave us great advice and guidance when selling our condo and we made a huge gain in only 1.5 years. It was a townhouse with an HOA which can be difficult to navigate and she knew just what to do to make the entire experience seemless. Call her!

Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about my realtor, Susan Strawgate Code. She helped us find the perfect house in 2004 and then she helped us sell it in 2021! Her knowledge of the market, and the the process of buying and selling is unparalleled. She advised us on just how much to do to the house to get the best offers and then we got an offer over our asking in 3 days! Susan assisted our daughter and son-in-law with the purchase of their first home. In a very tight market, Susan guided them through the process calmly, professionally, and kindly. Susan does not "mess around". She is on every detail, prepared, direct, and with her long experience, she gave terrific advice to these first-time home buyers. I cannot say enough positive things about how she handled this process. There were eleven offers on the home, but the buyers were well-prepared because their real estate agent was responsive and helpful. The home was not in her main service area of Westchester (New Rochelle), but that did not matter. Susan Code. Is. The. Bomb!

(Would change the possible selections to "Great quality" and "Great value"!) Susan is a great realtor. She sold our home during the difficult COVID pandemic. She was very responsive in a super timely manner to our questions and concerns. Her law background came in handy as there were discrepancies with original filings of our home with the village, and they quickly became non-issues.
