Susan Stretch

Susan joined the North Ridge team in 2012 bringing with her more than 20 years of property management and marketing experience to the team as well as being a Landlord herself. She was the Property Manager for approximately 1,000,000 SF of commercial properties and also served as the Marketing Specialist until she transitioned into full-time sales in 2015. Susan was recognized as a Top Producer since obtaining her license.
Susan specializes in commercial real estate (office, flex and retail properties) and with her past experience has the expertise to represent both sellers/buyers and landlords/tenants in commercial real estate transactions. She has a strong reputation for providing good advice and as an aggressive but fair negotiator for her clients with proven results.
