Susan Sullivan

A true Seattle native, Susan was a successful business owner before launching her real estate career. Since 1985, Susan has been a licensed Washington real estate broker with John L. Scott. Beginning in a difficult real estate market when interest rates were twenty percent, Susan honed in on a specific type of business that drives her today: new development. Today, Susan specializes in new construction development, securing undeveloped land, and projects with land entitlements. Her skills include negotiating favorable transaction terms and working with design and development professionals. With her experience and knowledge of current market trends, and a wide network of colleagues and contacts, Susan helps her clients to maximize value all the way through the final stages of marketing and sale to the new homeowner.
