We worked with Susan twice. First, she helped us locate and purchase our current home. She helped us pick between two homes that really worked for us (we got to the right choice with her help), and she did a great job helping us negotiate issues with closing. Second, she helped us sell our old home. She was able to find a fabulous buyer, and we got a great deal. Susan is knowledgeable and responsive.

We enjoyed working with her so much that referred her to my parents (who she helped buy their current home) and my brother (again, who she helped buy a home). If we end up needing a realtor again soon, Susan will be our pick for sure. We will be recommending her to anyone who needs a realtor!

Had an excellent experience with Susan. She knows the Huntsville and Madison area thoroughly and was able to share a lot more information about houses than was available online.
