We worked with Susan for about a year and a half looking for a winter home in FL. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about a number of areas on the Florida Gulf Coast where we were interested in looking. She worked with us to help refine our requirements as well as gave us insight into the types of things we should consider in looking at the various developments where we were searching. She was also well informed about the different idiosyncrasies of the various cities and counties as it relates, tax bonds life styles, etc. Most of our dealings were via phone, email and the internet in which we was very attentive but also on a number of visits to the area she spent hours with us visiting different properties. Though we didn't ultimately purchase a home through Susan (because we decided to buy in location not in her service area), we would enthusiastically recommend her as an outstanding resource and ultimate professional to assist you in any Gulf Coast home hunt.

I am a "snowbird" who was looking for relief from the relentless northern winters, and I chose the Bay Area to call my new home. Susan worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home. She showed me everything in my price range: condos, townhouses, apartments, houses, from St. Pete to Ozona, and everything in between. She has an unparalled knowledge of the areas, not just the properties, but shopping, restaurants & bars, neighborhoods, things to do, everything. She set aside a total of 4 days(I flew down from up north and had limited time myself, two separate times) and generously gave me her undivided attention the entire time. She certainly left no stone unturned in my search for my dream home.

There were nights when we had gotten back late, and she was doing follow-up emails and planning our next day at 11:30pm. Talk about a work ethic! She really went above and beyond.

Every home Susan showed me was lovely. I was really at a loss trying to decide which one I liked the most. She then found a home that had just gone on the market that day(My last day of my second buying trip). She told me that I was probably going to like this one as well, as she was very familiar with all my criteria. And what do you know? That was the one, I made an offer that day, and it was accepted!

So if you're looking for a beautiful home anywhere from Sarasota, Longboat Key to St. Pete, Orlando to Tampa to Indian Rocks and beyond, Susan will find it for you. She deserves more than 5 stars, I'd give her a whole universe of stars if I could. I am thrilled with my new home, and it is all thanks to her!

Recent home buyer:

Sue has been working with my family for over a year to assist us with our love from a Washington State to Florida, which required her guidance to find a rental home that was close enough to our children’s school, and near a neighborhood that she knew would be a great fit for us.

During that time she did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop to what the next steps are and how to be prepared for them. We are closing on our new home, post-rental on Monday and with painting, new flooring and everything else, Sue has been absolutely automatic in regards to taking immaculate care of me and my little ones.
