Susan Waters

Susan was born in the Carolinas and grew up on the water in south Florida with sandy beaches and great fishing. Her real estate career began when, after 11 years traveling the world with United Airlines, she decided to trade in my wings and luggage for an iPhone and laptop. Susan's husband and she fell in love with the Greenville, SC area after a weekend trip many years ago. They quickly decided this is where they wanted to raise their family and have never looked back. Greenville is a vibrant and exciting place to be. There is always something to do, whether it is shopping downtown, taking in a Greenville Drive baseball game, or visiting the many state parks in the area. She is a full-time real estate professional, specializing in first time home buyers in Greenville County, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and have received certification as a Relocation Specialist and New Home Sales Specialist. She is an active member in the Real Estate Buyer’s Agents Council (REBAC), the National Association of REALTORS, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS. She is a member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS and hold a position with the Multiple Listing Service Committee for Greenville. Susan routinely holds New Home Buyer’s Workshops in which she educate first time buyers in the process of purchasing and owning a home. Susan is affiliated with the Spaulding Group – ranked as one of the top teams with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServies, both in Greenville and worldwide. She was also Team Agent of the Year for 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2014. In addition, she volunteered to serve as my office’s campaign coordinator for the annual Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices C. Dan Joyner United Way of Greenville County fundraiser in 2010 and 2011. From 2012 through 2015 she coordinated the United Way campaign for all seven Greenville County Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices, and they raised over $75,000 each year as a company for this wonderful organization. Susan believes in the mission of the United Way of Greenville County. Susan lived and work in this community. Susan takes pride in raising her family in this community. A portion of all transactions generated through First Time First Place will be donated to the United Way of Greenville County. Susan enjoys growing relationships with clients even after the transaction is complete. This level of professional service allows her to do the majority of her business by referrals. It is important to me to provide the highest caliber of customer care throughout the entire home buying process. She loves her work and attitude is everything!
