I am Susan Karavedas Wiendczak, originally from Boston MA. My entire life has been dedicated to caring for others in Nursing. My entire life has also been surrounded by Real Estate from my father’s very successful career. He began as a WWII Fighter Pilot, then flight Instructor, then taught a Realtor student to fly, in exchange for him being taught the Real Estate business. My father founded Spartan Realty in Peabody & Danvers MA and went on to become a President of the Board of Realtors and a founder of MLS in MA!
I have always had a dream to someday follow in his footsteps and when moving to “Paradise” here in Naples FL with my husband Chris, the door to the world of Real Estate opened for me. A new home, a new career and a new passion found. I absolutely love helping others to sell, find and buy their dream home to enjoy new beginnings. I will work endlessly, negotiate fearlessly, and provide you the best customer service from Marco Island & Naples all the way up to Cape Coral.
