We chose Susan as our realtor without knowing very much about her. After working with her we were very happy with the job she did, and we have experience with a lot of realtors for comparison. We were purchasing a home from out of state, so a lot of our interaction with her was through email and phone conversations. Her answers to our questions and concerns were both timely and thorough. She was knowledgeable, extremely responsive, honest with us about issues of concern, and she worked hard to get the deal closed. During the few times that we did meetup in person, we found her enjoyable and easy to communicate with. We would definitely choose Susan again when we are ready to buy or sell more real estate.

Susan is the best in the business! I have worked with dozens of realtors over the past 30 years. Susan is the first to exceed my expectations. I had the pleasure of working with her on three separate listings recently. The first was a short-term rental property with sizeable annual profits. Susan identified an opportunity to sell this property for more than market value by advertising the success of our rental business. Her marketing efforts produced a buyer very quickly. She did not shy away from the added complexities of our business being included in the sale.
The second listing was vacant land - a difficult sell when building costs are high. Susan was patient with me as I vacillated on price. She patiently answered questions from potential buyers about permits and construction. While other agents might press to lower the price for a quick sale and a fast commission, Susan understood the value of my land. Her patients and perseverance ultimately produced a full-price sale.
My third opportunity to work with Susan was the sale of my parent's home. During a difficult time for our family, Susan took control and eased our nerves. She suggested a price 200k higher than we hoped for, at a time when interest rates were rising and home prices were falling. It would have been easy for her to list our home for the lower price we suggested. Instead, she went after her target price and put extensive financial resources towards hitting the market quickly with a thorough, informative and attractive listing. Susan held an open house on a Saturday. Before the end of the following week she presented us with an offer that was HIGHER than full price. She netted our family an extra $230,000 and did it in one week! She handled all of the inspections, stayed involved during escrow and answered her phone every time I called it.
Over the course of these three listings Susan proved to be a consummate professional. She was a no-nonsense advocate for our family, taking the pressure off us and putting it on herself. It meant more than I know how to articulate here. Hopefully my experiences detailed above serve to make your selection of an agent easier. She really is the best realtor I have ever worked with. We found out about Susan through a referral. I loved how she showed up for the first meeting having done her research and saw previous pictures of the home from when we purchased it seven years prior, It showed us that she was proactive and prepared. We interviewed two other Realator’s and had the best vibe from her.
We had 2 challenging buyers, to no fault of our own, and she was persistent and direct on our behalf and consistently Kept us informed throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive.
I appreciate all the work and touchpoints we had throughout the process and she tried as much as she could to keep it seamless.
