Susan Wisely not only helped me find my dream home, she helped me sell the home I’ve owned for 21 years. We needed to do some updates before listing our home. Susan suggested that we renovate our primary bathroom and make a few other updates throughout the home such as adding some recessed lighting and changing light fixtures to ensure that we received top dollar. I chose to do all of the recommendations she made because I trusted her and she’s a true professional. Thanks to the Compass Concierge program, I was able to take care of all the renovations through this program, interest free, and everything came out of my closing costs. Susan also suggested I have my home staged which was the icing on the cake. It really allowed prospective buyers to see the beauty in this home. I could never of gone through this process of renovating, buying and selling all at the same time if it were not for Susan‘s professionalism, connections and endless support in guiding me. She knew exactly what to do. Everything turned out exactly as she had forecasted. She is the best in the business. Next time you want to sell or buy a home, Susan Wisely is the only way to go.
